Another ovipet species I invented, That’s RIGHT! XD

Delphins love to swim and play in the surf. They will gladly take you for a ride if you ask, and are extremely happy. They enjoy a few little pranks on other pets like piscium, and have a large heart for music. A whistle or two will brighten you day, and delphins will play their whole day away.

Cyrus and The Cynics

Another MAT project! for this one, it’s a band logo! for the band Cyrus and The Cynics. It’s a fake 80s rock band. here is their logo.

So, this is the logo I made for their band. I originally had a black phoebe in the middle, but it looked too much like the twitter logo. I replaced it with this bird silhouette inspired by pictures I  saw on the internet. I used layers and the grid tool to add the background, and I made circles to make the text curved.

This is, once again, the project for MAT involving band logos. My assignment is to make a band logo for the band Cyrus and The Cynics, an 80’s rock  band. My current ideas involve birds and spirals, and something “cynical”.

Abstract

This is a somewhat abstract image for another one of our projects in MAT.

We were supposed to draw an image based on what we saw in the music. When I listened to the song, I pictured different instruments as different objects in the picture. For example, the bird represents the piano, the train represents the saxophone, and the boat and ocean represent the bass and background instruments.  I used several tools, the most notable of which was the pencil and live paint tools.  I think that the bird also shows the rhythm and motion of the music.

Gritten and Boy

For MAT, we did an old photo editing project. I did five different projects, including adding color to a picture, adding myself into a picture, fixing a torn picture, and putting something in a picture that doesn’t belong there.

In this image, there is a wheelbarrow with a little boy in it. in front of him, there is a creature called a gritten. I made the gritten’s picture by adding the parts of a hawk onto a kitten’s body. It is called a gritten because it is a gryphin kitten.

For this image, I first looked for a torn photograph on the internet. It was actually fairly difficult. I then took the image and copied it to duplicate it. I used the clone tool to help get rid of the coloration of the scratch, and used the blur and smudge tools to help make it look less repaired and more normal.

This image  was originally black-and white. I used paintbrush and color balance effects to make it colorful. I also used the eraser tool to work with opacity, or how see-through the picture/colors are. This  effect worked best on the tiger, which was the first thing I did, but ended up being more difficult with the background.

Click on this image to try and figure out what I changed. There are 5 more tangible differences and 4 not as noticeable differences.

When I made this image, I made several different layers for the obvious differences, mostly photographs, and several layers for paintbrush effects for the less- obvious differences.

This is the photograph with me in it.

For this photo I created several layers to help make it look like I was behind the car.

I also adjusted the coloration of my picture so that I would blend in more. I also used the blend tool a little on photoshop to make it look more “belonging”.
